Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

All UK deliveries are free of charge, if you wish to have a piece delivered internationally, please get in touch so we can find a solution for this. Extra charges will apply.

Delivery is typically between 5-7 business days.

Returns Policy

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at avaartlondon@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. Unfortunetely we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
